5. In case of establishing a hyperlink to the Platform, reproduce or link to specific content without the written authorization of PADELMBA; the hyperlink may only direct to the home page.
In case of violation of these prohibitions, and from the moment PADELMBA becomes aware of these facts, we may warn you about the need to stop such activities, request immediate removal or correction or directly delete or block such content. We may also suspend, deactivate or delete your user account, if any, without giving rise to any right or monetary compensation.

5. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY.
